Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At SwiftSavers, we offer a 30-day returns policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we may be unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with original packaging where applicable.

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes perishable goods, hygiene-sensitive products, hazardous materials, and flammable substances.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Selected health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return request.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items showing clear signs of use
  • Opened media or software products
  • Items returned damaged or incomplete for reasons not caused by our error
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your card provider, as it may take some time for refunds to be officially posted.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please Contact Us with your order details.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equal to the value of the return will be issued once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Returning Items

To return a product, please Contact Us first to receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
